Executive Leadership Program Nonprofit Scholarships
McKinsey is offering seasoned executives from the nonprofit sector the opportunity to apply for a scholarship to attend McKinsey’s Executive Leadership Program, beginning in August 2024.
About ELP
ELP is a world-class, 4-month immersive leadership program with two residential weeks convening emerging and new C-suite leaders from public, private, and social sectors. The program is designed to equip Australian and New Zealand executives with the skills required to transition into a c-level role. Participants develop enhanced reflective and strategic thinking skills, sharpen self-awareness, improve team leadership and build an exclusive support network with peers – while exploring challenges faced by organisations now and in the future. Who should apply
This program is designed for high potential, seasoned leaders who are seeking personal and professional growth. A typical participant leads or is on track to lead an organisation, significant business unit, or function—typically CEO-2 for large organisations or CEO-1 for mid-size. Each year we invite ~150 seasoned executives from 50+ organisations drawn from private, public, and social sectors.
To be eligible applicants must:
- Be currently employed by an Australian or New Zealand nonprofit organisation
- Be a seasoned leader, currently or on track to leading an organisation, significant business unit or function
- Be available to attend two residential weeks – Week 1: 26-30 August 2024 and Week 2: 25-29 November 2024
Travel and accommodation
Travel and accommodation are to be covered by the successful candidates and/or their supporting nonprofit organisation to attend the two in-person residential weeks.
